Boilers (oil / gas)
Every combustion heating system, whether it runs on oil, gas or biomass, has a boiler. Boiler technology has moved on considerably over the years. For that reason, and because every piece of technology eventually needs servicing, boilers have to be replaced at some point.
Heat pumps
Heat pumps are an energy-efficient alternative to furnaces and air conditioners in every climate. Like your refrigerator, they use electricity to move heat from a cool space to a warm one, making the cool space cooler and the warm space warmer.
Underfloor heating
Underfloor heating works by distributing warm water at a lower temperature through a circuit of pipes beneath the finished floor. The heat is monitored and controlled by intelligent thermostats to maintain a constant temperature throughout the building.
Radiators
A radiator is a body that gives off heat mainly by thermal radiation. It is usually made of a metal that conducts heat well, and its surface generally has a high emissivity. In everyday speech, heating and cooling elements are sometimes used interchangeably.
Boiler replacement
Replacing a boiler should be carefully planned and carried out only by qualified professionals. Switching energy source (from oil or gas to alternatives such as heat pumps, solar energy or wood) is very often possible today. We are happy to walk you through the options in a consultation.
